No order received and no response

I have not received my box that was sent supposedly on July 8. The tracking has never shown anything but “unavailable” . I have tried to contact Talllu by email 3 times with no response. And one time by phone. The mailbox is full. If I don’t hear from them I will dispute this with my cc company. Buyer beware
