TALLU SMS Program
The TALLU mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by TALLU & Co. ("TALLU", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to TALLU’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of TALLU through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Transactional Messages: Order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts.
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, promotions, marketing updates.
- Cart Reminders: Notifications if you leave items in your cart without completing checkout.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallu & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tallu & Co., its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes shall first be settled through negotiation or mediation before any legal action. Any legal claims must be filed in British Columbia, Canada.

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- Pandemics
- Government actions
- Supply chain disruptions
