Processing Times
We pick and pack orders on Mondays and Tuesdays but will ship out during the week as well. If it's past Tuesday and you need your order shipped out immediately, please contact us at tallu@tallu.ca.
Free Shipping for Canadian & USA Orders
We offer FREE Shipping for all Canadian and USA orders over $150, after discounts and before taxes. This is automatically applied at checkout. If you require faster shipping, reach out to us at tallu@tallu.ca to upgrade your shipping (extra cost). Free shipping only applies to direct to consumer orders on Shopify and not wholesale orders.
Canadian & USA Shipping
If your order subtotal is less than $150, the following standard flat-rate shipping rates apply:
Greater Metro Vancouver = $16.00
Western Canada = $19.99
Eastern Canada = $24.99
Across the United States = $29.00

FREE In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our warehouse Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm. We are closed Friday to Sunday.

International Shipping
Do you live outside Canada or the United States but want to experience TALLU?! Email us at tallu@tallu.ca with your shipping address and order. We'll happily create a manual order for you with a shipping quote.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We do not replace orders if they are stolen or lost. If you require a signature for delivery or special instructions for the courier, please add these to the notes section at checkout.
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns Policy
If something isn't right, please reach out to us right away at tallu@tallu.ca.
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to work with you on any returns you would like to make within 14 days of receipt of your order. We do not accept returns without authorized RA details have been provided. All products must be returned in their original packaging & unused. Once your return order is received, we will inspect the order and apply a store credit or ship out your exchanged item. We do not offer refunds.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returns and exchanges. However, we offer FREE in-person returns and exchanges at our storefront.
3rd Party Retailer Returns & Exchanges
Did you buy your TALLU product from an independent retailer? If you did not buy directly from us, please return or exchange your products to the store you purchased them from. We do not accept 3rd party returns or exchanges.
Defective or Broken Products
We hope you don't have this problem, but if you do we are here to help. Please contact us at tallu@tallu.ca and we will work with you on replacing your defective product(s).
